Our Story

3J Ice & Treats was born out of a simple frustration — it was hard to find juice in Abuja that actually tasted fresh. Not concentrate. Not sugar-loaded syrup dressed up as "natural." Just real fruit, prepared properly, every single day.

So we started small — juicing, blending, experimenting — with one non-negotiable rule: nothing leaves our hands unless it's fresh enough for us to drink ourselves.

That idea grew into 3J Ice & Treats — a home for cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, coconut water, and handcrafted frozen treats, made fresh daily and served the way they deserve to be: vibrant, honest, and full of flavor.

Today, 3J is more than a juice bar. It's a lounge, a place to slow down for five minutes in the middle of a busy Abuja day. Whether you're grabbing a quick immunity shot on your way to work, ordering a bundle for the office, or hosting an event and want something refreshing on the table — 3J is built to meet you there.
